Tom Lee Rudd

​I have been an aspiring photographer for most of my adult life.  I am inspired by beauty in the natural world; my motivation is a desire to contribute to the vast catalog of images that gives us comfort in our daily lives and accompanies us into the future.

In my view, we all have a need to witness and experience  beauty. Photography is an essential instrument for capturing beauty in the natural world.  Beauty energizes us and equips us with the power we need to experience comfort  and happiness, to cope with uncertainty, and to do good in the world...

Successful landscape/nature photography requires imagination, good instincts, unencumbered vision and a deep sense of wonder and amazement about the physical world around us. Nature provides the raw material and we have the opportunity to preserve an image just the way it is given to us or to reimagine the image using our own individual sensibilities.
